Anyone worked on a Yugo recently?

Yeah, here it is, the world famous Yugo. except it was world famous for being a throw away car. I am in the middle of pulling the trans right now, you might wonder why I would even try to repair it... 2 reasons... (1) it was free, (2) it gets 40+ miles to the gallon. Anyway, I was just curious to see if anyone was familiar with the Yugo transmission. The clutch cable broke so it was stuck in gear, I replaced the clutch cable and now it is still stuck in gear. I got the trans out to look inside and inspect everything and everything seems to look just fine so who knows??? if you got any ideas let me know, and here are a few pics

Where is the shift linakge?

How hard have you tried to move it out of gear?

Any noise while driving or rotating the tranny? Busted shift fork perhaps?

This is the actual linkage into the trans, I don't have a pic of the linkage from the shifter to the trans. But I already checked it and it seems just fine. The transmission works, you can drive it around and it doesn't make any noise, you just cant get it out of gear. Hear is a pic if it helps
