Anyone Running 33's

What lift are you running with your 33's?
Anyone using a 3in BL and running 33's?

ya i was runing 33 on my 99 ford ranger with a 3inch bl no problem. i will post pics up when i get home but if you go to the truck gallery there are guys with pics of 98 to 200 with 3inch bl running 33.

Hey James99,
Some pictures would be soo much appreciated. It seems that alot of people have doubts about running 33's with a 3in BL.
So yours is a 99 2wd with just a 3in BL running 33's? Did you have to do any trimming? What gears were you running with the 33's?

I know its alot of questions but I just havent found anyone with that setup.

Mines a 4wd but yeppers......... 33's.

Do the tires rub on anything? What gears are you running?

4.10 gears.......... truck pulls itself as well as it did stock (slightly slower accel....) but my dad rode in it for the first time the other day and still said, what the hell kind of motor do you have? thing accelerates good and keeps pulling up the hills.
btw mines a 5spd manual.
They rub at full left lock if I hit a bump (and then it grabs on my gap guards, not hard parts), other than that I've got plenty of room and travel.

I have an adjusted 3.5in backspacing running 16x9 in wheels with 33/10.5 but a tape measurer puts the width closer to 11.

I see in your sig that you did a t-bar twist. how much did that lift the front. because my truck is a 2wd without t-bars. I am doing some research on some tires now. I have been reading that it will be easier to run 33x10.50 on 15x7 rims. I just bought those rims about a 2 yrs ago and i love them, so i will try to get a tire to fit that. I haven't done any research on backspacing yet, but I will do some before I go askin questions.

Hey thanks for the pics. I think I have decided that 33's are not for my truck with just the 3''BL. I did some measurements today, and I think I will stick with 32's or 31's. Thanks for everyone's help.
