Anyone know what size Torx bit the lower intake takes?

I'm pulling my step-daughters 2000 Ranger 3.0 apart to do a head gasket and I don't have a large enough Torx. It's definitely larger than a T40.
Anyone know?

I believe its a T50...Might be a TP50 (torx plus)...I hate torx.

The only bad thing about torx is people screwing up the heads by using the wrong size on them.

Pretty much. Most people should not be allowed to own tools.

There is also torx plus, which a regular torx will strip.

I recently had to add reverse torx scockets to my overloaded 3/8" drive drawer.
Before that it was medium length socket sets because sometimes a deep socket is too long, and a shallow socket wont clear the stud.....
I have 5 rollaways, 2 of which dedicated to mechanical hand tools, and still sometimes find myself needing one I dont have.

Oh and a box of junker tools to lend and not worry about getting back....That's probably my most valuable one!
