Anyone know much about 1 gen broncos? pics

I found this for 4k. Seems like a heck of a deal. Thinking of buying and putting on ebay. Runs drive well. Has a auto 302 from something else in the 70's. Not perfrect but nice, chips here and there, no rust.

Is it worth buying just to try and make some money? I couldnt sit on it more than a few weeks.

I think the early ones even with the six banger came with the 9" gearing. Sure looks good but rather have the full body. Would think you might make some money on it but all depends from area to area.

That photo looks like a buddies of mine that has one the same year and paint. The photo looks familiar to me as well. Where did you see it at? That is so weird. I had a few of the early Broncos. I had a 74 a 76 and a 77. I do know that you won't find one like that for $4,000. You will have to prove it to me that that is the going price. I sold all of mine over the last 7 years for over $10,000 each and they were not mint shape. Mint ones go for over $17,000+. Just look on Ebay. My 87 Samurai can sell for over $4,000 and it is not mint shape. Hell...if that thing is that nice I can fly out there this week and rent a rig and haul it back and be way ahead.

I don't believe 4k. Is the guy who owns it selling it or his ex-wife? 2nd guess would be it's stolen for that price. You sure you didn't leave a one off the front of the 4?
