Anyone here ever look at the TRS facebook page? (Moderator wanted)

I think the reason the TRS Facebook page isn't catching on is due to the owner of the page not having the time to update it often enough to stay towards the top of the peoples' status page who have liked the facebook page. If updates aren't done the page just kind of disappears until someone finds it and resurrects the page. Other than that it just has to sit idle until the owner gets the time to update it. Unfortunately it seems like anymore we are all so busy trying to make a living that hardly anything fun and exiting ever gets updated or done.

Wake up! Imagine zucker's penis and his minion's dictating TRS. I may not be the most adoored member but I been around since 2004-5. We dont have adds all over flashing and between every dayam post... why you ask? Because Jim is true blue and made sacrifices to keep it that way. If it's about money to keep TRS at full throttle I got the first 100 bucks, dam near 40k of us now. I vote keep it family, it aint broke so dont fix it.

Yes I think it would be cool if they updated it with TOTM, daily ranger pictures, site updates etc.

It's work, but if you want the page to be useful it needs it

- It's a volunteer position.

- Be in good standing with the members here.

- Reply that you're interested.

- Must be approved by the current TRS Staff.

- Prefer someone that has an active facebook page and is active/experienced in using facebook.

- Must realize that facebook is being used to promote TRS and attract more members.

- Willing to check our facebook page on a regular basis for inappropriate content and direct people to anything here on the site you may feel is important. (IE special events (TRS Banner Across North America), TOTM, etc)

I'd be willing to appoint 2 or 3 people with admin duties to lessen the load and make it more effective.

I am on fb and have won STOTM a couple times. As far as I know, no one is really really pissed off at me on here so I will raise my hand.

there were a hand full of people that got them erroneously, myself included. I'm pretty sure Jim's got it all taken care of now, though.
