I hear you there. I myself am married with a 4 yr old and i'm not sure costs more. The wife or the kid. Seems like my 02 4.0 ranger is the cheaper of the 3 ( with fuel and $247 truck payment a month ).

Yea Tony, I think the truck payment wins too. As far as kids go you're just starting. I've got one in her second year of college, pre-vet, 38.000 a year tuition and another girl that will be going next year to be a school teacher. My son is in vo-tech for industrial electrical so he'll end up going to a trade school... yay cuz their cheaper. My wife lost her job of 10 years at which she made 18+ a hour! Unemployment is a damn joke, it's not 100% of your salary of course.
