Anybody living in the Puget Sound area?

Hey guys so im trying to find someone in the Puget Sound area that has done a 4.0 swap into a 1987 Ford Ranger or Bronco II. If anybody can help me id be willing to pay you!! Got everything i can think of done on it, it cranks, it has fuel, fuel pressure, you name it, it has it and it still wont turn all the way over and crank. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Maybe there is something im missing
