Any stock radios have lit buttons?

Could anyone please tell me if any of the stock radios in Rangers have buttons that have numbers/text that light up? A couple of Fords i've owned in the past did and i'm noticing that in my truck the stock unit does not do this and i'm finding it incredibly inconvenient. I'm not interested in putting an aftermarket head unit in this truck, at least not at this point in time. I have other plans for that later.

Any input?

All the buttons light up on both my parents 1994 Explorer and 2008 Explorer and my 2002 F-150. They should be similar radios if not the same to what went into Rangers.

the buttons on my '99 light up. are your lights burnt out? if you are looking to do a swap, ford hasn't changed the slot the stock radios sit in for a long time, i think from '95 to present. unless they changed the wiring hookup harnesss in the back you should be able to find any one you would like(i would go a little newer imo)

You guys are great. I totally forgot that Explorers had a double DIN set up (same trim piece as the Ranger by the looks of it). Come to think of it I could always invest in getting a single DIN conversion plate now and I could save myself work later.

As for my unit - buttons definitely do not light up, only the display which works fine. The text and numbers on the buttons are painted (silk screened?).
