There have been several. Fishy2k8 from rps had the best numbers I've seen lately. He put down 280whp and 325 lb-ft with a built, high compression OHV with a Paxton supercharger. Think he was running 6 or 8 lbs of boost.
He ended up swapping in a worked over 5.0, with heads, rockers, intakes, cam, headers and a tune and only got 24 hp more, and LOST 14 lb-ft.
