Those years have the PVH front hubs (pulse vacuum hubs) which aren't very reliable, but they can be replaced with manual locking units.
Lift kit options are very limited for any RBV 1998 and newer. Your options are body lift or the Superlift 4" kit. If you just want to level it out and get a bit bigger tire on it you can crank the stock torsion bars up 1.5". (DO NOT even think about getting aftermarket torsion keys)
It should have the 4.0L OHV. It's a good strong, reliable engine if maintained.
