Ok. 94 Explorer, 4.0. I was going to swap this 'fresh' motor into my Ranger, but it seems to have a leak. As far as I can tell, it dosent leak when its not running. After running, and shuttting it off, the radiator is low (maybe a few quarts after 20 mins). There is moisture in the exhaust, but nothing coming out in the oil. The people I bought it from said that it only had about 15k mi put on it after rebuild, and then the tranny went, and it sat for alittle over a year. Any ideas on where its coming from?

check to make sure head gasket not blown... warm up engine then take out the spark plugs then put a piece of paper next to the spark plug hole. turn over the motor while having the gas pedal to the floor AKA clear flood mode (This should disable the inj just make sure ur take out the floor mat and its ALL the way to the floor). then check the piece of paper for water. If not this check to see if they properly sealed the intake manifold might be leaking and burning off be for it hits the ground.
