Antenna bracket

The Ranger I bought had an antenna mounted to the bed liner, which was not very sturdy, so I want to remount it with a sturdier bracket but not sure where to mount it & what bracket to use...any ideas?

Well a picture of the mount would be nice. You may just need to get a longer set of screws so the mount will screw into the actual bed of the truck.
