Not likely, but I bet it's VERY similar. Then again it would've made sense if it the dash harness for a given year fit all engines in the lineup.

I'd recommend getting an EVTM- electrical/vacuum troubleshooting manual- for your truck. It will show the wiring schematic for all the engines used that year. Also, being a 2006, make sure an engine swap is legal in your state before doing a lot of work and spending money.
