I have looked and searched but was unclear on the information, I have a 1992 ranger 4.0 5 speed with electric transfer case, I found a 1992 ranger 4.0 automatic with a manual transfer case, my question is regarding the drive lines, will it bolt right up? or do i need different length drive lines? is there anything else special i need to do?

Thanks,
Devon

I believe it should bolt right up (I think 1354s used the same shift lever manual-trans vs. auto-trans, but maybe someone else can confirm).

Just verify first that it infact is a 1354 case though, as people sometimes substituted 1350s for a manual case since they're generally easier to find (a 1350 would require you swap your front driveshaft on your '92, has a slip-yoke type front output).

If its a 1354 tc it's a direct bolt in replacement. You need to get the shifter and the linkage with the mounting bracket and also the boot and the plate for the trans tunnel
