These trucks vary a little with options, but these are the basic numbers for you to ignore.
The tow capacity is 2,240# max towed weight with an auto and 1,640# with a manual.
The payload is either 1,260# with a 4,360# GVWR (listed on your door tag), or 1,600 with a 4,680# GVWR.
The curb weight, meaning full fluids and no driver or passengers or anything that the stork didn't set on the dealers doorstep is 3,002# for a regular cab and 3,203# for a supercab. The payload is everything added to the curb, including your insurance card in the glove and the driver. And the bike in the bed.
The GCWR is the maximum towed and carried and is 5,500# for an auto and 4,800 for a manual. So with a full GVWR-limted load in the bed you could tow a trailer with a max weight between 120# and 1140#, depending on tranny and payload package.
