is longer torsion bolts basically the same as keys just a cheaper way of lifting it???

so either way or another its gonna put the same stress on the suspension

can you just take out the stock bolt without messing anything up

Thing is, the front control arms only have so much travel. Regardless of what you do, torsion twist, longer bolts, keys, all you are doing is adjusting the suspension downward. So whatever amount you "lift" it by is how much downtravel you lose.
2" is the most I recommend anyone do on a torsion lift alone.

They way the Superlift kit gets you 4" is by relocating most of the front suspension downward and using dropped knuckles since the upper control arms stay where they are.

There is no easy or cheap way to lift a late-model more than 2", other than a bodylift.
