Another Squeeling Question?

I had a squeeling sound coming from my rear end, I pull my drive shaft out and found out it was the u joint. I repalced and ith in a few miles (4) it started again. Could I have installed wrong? Please help I used my truck as a daliy driver. :icon_confused:
