Do you have a picture of the bumper that your referring to? I'm not too fluent on anything post-third gen so I'm not too sure which bumper your talking about.

im going for this bumper too, but im going for the 01-03, with round fogs, easier to get universal fit fogs but im thingkin of white bumper/gray valance combo

or better the southamerican ranger bumper it has a division line so half the valance can be painted
