this was just on the news-no details,but aperantley another oil rig in the gulf of mexico has exploded.how bad can this get?

watchin cnn right now...unknown if oil is leaking, 13 people were on the rig, all accounted for, 1 injured
hopefully it doesn't spin out of control.that would be the last thing the gulf needs.

no, I was kidding...it was actually a company called Mariner Energy Inc. and it wasn't an oil rig, it was a natural gas rig

What scares me is that they want to off-shore drill off Northern Alaska! How hard would a spill be to clean up there? Let me think, water how cold with ice burgs. Plenty of proven reservors right on land next to Prudome Bay but that's in the forbidden zone of the wildlife reserve, which in that area has nothing.

Don't know if ya'll know this but they were only 80 miles apart. IMO I believe they were sabotage also
i was out of state and saw it on tv, yea i agree sabatoge. many belived that nuclear reactors that went wrong in the past were sabatoged too, cause other countries, minus russia didn't have the problems we do.
