My Cricket Huawei Ascend has been stuck in this FTM Mode all day, I can't afford a new phone or to put a different phone on my account until after the first of the month. Does anyone here know how to get it to boot back up? This FTM Mode has been where my phone has sat all day long. I'm not sure what happened, it was working just fine first thing this morning until about 9:30, then I went to call my boss at work to see if I needed to pick any product up before going into work, and found my phone stuck at this FTM Mode screen, WTF.

I've taken the battery out, gone through the diagnostics and did a reprogram, but nothing has seemed to fix anything.

Hold the home icon and the power button until it reboots.

Well guys thanks, but I had time this afternoon to take it in and have it looked at and they're telling me that the board in the phone has gone bad. All it would do for the repair shop is power on to a purple screen wouldn't do anything else. Apparently the phones only last about 4 years and given what it has gone through I'm surprised it has lasted longer than a year really.

I borrowed an old phone from a friend to put on my account just so I have a phone until after the first.
