Well, I just got my first ranger and it has alloys on it... I would like to ask how to clean that stuff that looks like axle sepage and the stuff that looks like chicken poo. wantum to look shiny

go to scucks and ask them, they will have lots of stuff to choose from. mack sure its for alumanum , not chrome.

Are they stock ford wheels? Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but if they are there clear coated, can't make them any shinier. If not Mothers "mag and aluminum polish" works great. So does Lucas Oil metal polish. If you want them to look like chrome, use both.

make times ive had to strip off the factory clearcoat they come with before i could do anything, spray avaiation stripper from advance autoparts works great for that purpose, works very well, then u can polish it to your hearts content
