I'm exploring the possibility of upgrading the current alternator from 95 amp to 130 amps to provide faster recharging while on the road, I see on Rock Auto that under my engine they offer a 130 amp alternator. What would be required to upgrade? Is it as simple as changing one for the other or would a more extensive electrical upgrade be required?

Them big chargers are for police cars and others that run lots of lectric devices at the same time. I really doubt you'd be able to tell a difference between the one you have now and a 130 AMP for normal driving/charging. If your battery is charged now the new one can't do better than that.
What makes you think you need a bigger amp alternator? 95 is a bunch to start with. It should run everything in your ride and charge the battery at the same time.

My plan to buy multiple projectors on my truck a few days and need more power on the battery

Ok NOW we can talk.. You are on the right track. Make sure to run a heavy wire directly to the ends of the battery cables... NOT the ends on the battery!! By doing it correctly you won't hinder the factory setup for grounds or live wiring..
