Alternator+charging system gone hay-wire

Hey i have a 1993 ford ranger 4cyl. and for a while my bettery gage in the instrument cluster (old dash) has been going over normal but for the last week, it has been on the low side almost past normal. this morning when i went to start my truck i had to bump start it. as well in side the truck while driving the radio would go out and the abs light would come on. the turn signals were aslo delaied. any help would be good please and thank you im a 17 year old kid and money is an issue. i should also add in the last two two weeks i put a sub and amp and a trailer light harness.

Most AP stores will test your alternator for free.

Sounds like yours is bad.
