anyone know if a gear drive timing set is available for a 2.3 if so where can i get one? little hoss is almost out of surgery and ready for the road

Do you mean an adjustable timing gear for the cam? I have one of those...you can offset the cam a few degrees for lower or higher end performance...not sure what else you would mean...

well i'm looking to get that old hot rod whine you get from a gear drive.. what it is,,is instead of using a timing belt it has 2 small gears side by side inbetween the 2 main gears, race cars and old hot rods use them for more accurate timing,but i just want the really cool whine they make. i think it would make a good conversation peice on my truck.
