I went to try and get and allignment and was told the ball joints and tie rods were shot. I changed them and went and got a lifetime allignment and they said it couldnt be done. I put camber/caster bushinig in from napa that adjust +/- 3 1/4. They again said I would need a bigger bushing. I have a 88 bronco 2 with stock suspension. After a year my front tires are worn pretty badly and my rears look brand new still. It leans out when going forward and leans in when in reverse. What could be the worn out components that would cause this to be so messed up.

You need to go to a better alignment shop and have THEM tell you why they can't align it with those new parts. Rubber bushings are about all that's left, but a competent front end guy will know exactly what it needs. Not some snot-nosed kid that does toe and go all day.

if they lean out when you go forward and lean in when you go back. it sounds like its not an alignment problem. you say your riding on stock suspension how old are you springs, sway bars, shocks ect... i'm no expert at all it just seems to me like that would be the the problem.

I replaced the shocks about a year ago but im pretty sure the coil are stock still. Is this a major factor. Could the radious arm bushing any kind part that could make it unallignable

If the toe adjustment is wrong it will do that. Find yourself some blocks, wood and a measure and do it yourself.

The toe seems to be fine its goes positive caster when forward and negative caster when in reverse. I get the allignments done at firestone.

That's fully a symptom of bad toe alignment (the tires trying to drive in different directions toward or away from each other will cause the suspension to raise or lower, which in turn changes the camber).

Earl43P is dead-on, find a competent shop and have it realigned correctly.
