Ah that’s no fun, was just hoping to get it running a bit better, found a cracked one at the yard the other day and thought I might see if anyone had the cold air intake, not so worried about the other. Can always make one of my ownI'd be surprised if you can find originals of either one in decent enough shape to be worth purchasing. If you can find an original P/N maybe there is an NOS piece out there somewhere, but I imagin that is even more unlikely.
I don't know about a work around for #3, but for #4 you can likely use a piece of dryer exhaust flex hose.
If I'm being honest, unless you are working on a concourse restoration, I probably wouldn't bother with finding either.
