Air in the lines

Im having the same problem. My rears work, they sqaul to a stop but my fronts dont seem to want to work either all the sudden, as of last night home from work to be exact. I know that my fronts arent wanting to work as well due to I know I have slightly warpped rotors and now when i go to brake, have to pump them like 4 times to get good pedal, I dont fell the feedback from the front rotors anymore or the slight jerking of the truck. I dont have ABS in mine. When my truck is shut off I have a firm pedal but when started and running I dont have much of anything. Going to bleed them and see what happens, my fluid after checking it in better light tonight, isnt the clearest so going to bleed them first and hope like hell its just fluid. Just got done with a 250 mile trip the day before all of this started to go get my future engine and all was fine and actually did very little braking since most was highway driving. I want to say that my master cyclinder is the original one on my truck, doesnt look like it has ever been replaced either.

Why does thesse kinds of things happen in the winter or when its cold outside?

The problem came back yesterday for me. The brake caliper was sucking in air. New calipers, bled the brakes, problem's gone for good this time.

@danger, I knew my master needed to be replaced because it was bleeding on my brake booster.

I went and bought a master cylinder tonight, popped the cap and the brake fluid was brown. So replaced the fluid, same probem, replaced the master cylinder, still had the same problems. After thinking about it for a bit, had the same problem awhile back and turns out I had another unit bearing go out on me after only 5,000 miles (off brand but stuill under wareenty) and that was making my rotor not travel straight and made my brake pad ride wrong making my brakes not work properly and cracked one of my pads in two places. Good thing I kept the old one from the other side as a spare. More details and pics of this are in my build thread, currently the last page.
