My air conditioner is shot and I want to remove every thing. Is there a pulley I can get to replace my air compressor.

why not use it for OBA? lol..

should be able to get a belt the right length. either w/o a/c belt or measure it and find one. no need for a useless pulley IMO.

Cheaper to get a belt from the store for a truck without A/C than to try to rig an idler up for it. Just tell them you don't have A/C.

I wasn't sure if they had a pulley instead of the air compressor. Never seen a 3.0 without a/c before. I didn't think it would be as easy as that.

just get a shorter belt, a parts store should have a device to measure belts. the part numbers have 3 digits that represent the length of the belt and a letter and digit to represent the belt width.

so say you have a 985K6 WITH the AC compressor. you'd need a K6, but with a smaller 3 digit number, say a 955.

eventually you'll find one that will fit without the AC compressor
