Anybody ever repaint their daily driver, and get it scratched in a completely "easy to scratch" place? like the bed?

Then get really pissed or scared that your paint just got scratched?

I kinda fixed this.... carry a can of spray paint wherever I go!
How about you guys?

Well, mine has a ton of scratches, I don't know why, because very few of them are from when I've had the truck, but once my truck gets scratched up enough, I'm going to get the whole thing line-x'd... voila, instant scratch proof "paint"...

I wonder if they can rhino line my entire truck to protect it o_0

Wow..... Wonder if I do it to my frame if it will help XD, funny thing would be that if you did that, and 20 years later it looks fine, go hit a bump, the fender is rusted out underneath, LOOK, a linex-fendered truck!

Anywho, anybody else with ideas on scratches on your newely painted truck?

Well, 20 years later, you hit that bump, the truck would probably just disintegrate into dust! :icon_rofl:

On the other hand, or, on a more serious note, for those scratches, alot of people will just buff them out themselves, or have someone do it... or maybe even get one of those magic pens they see on infomercials... lol

If you cleared the paint job right, most scratches should just buff right out with enough cutting compound.
