I only have a couple things left, I cannot believe how fast the parts sold. I only put the parts on here and Greatlakes4x4 and they sold like hotcakes. Wish i had 50 move RBV's to part out. RB

I pulled the radiator out of the parts donor this morning and it was in bad shape but the tank was ok so I removed the tank and RTV'd it to my radiator. Don't know yet if it will work or if it will hold water. Spent most the day at Dave's house working on it. I put B2 mirrors on it. I used rivet nuts and stainless bolts, to attach them. I reshaped the tranny shifter and installed the shifter boots. I reinstalled the engine cover and put the dash back together. I also enlarged both drivers side wheel wells. I reinstalled the radiator overflow and windshield washer tank. If you think it was tight before you should see it with a power steering box and lines in the way. I had to remove the battery tray just to get it in there. I repaired the broken bolt that holds the battery while i had the tray out. Dave made allot of progress on the bumper too. It's all tacked together so you can see the final shape+ he bent and attached the stinger and the bars that protect the fenders and headlights. This van looks totally different with the bumper. Once everything was the way i liked it we pulled it back off and he will finish welding and grinding it tomorrow and possibly have it painted too. So you guys will have a pic soon. RB

Here are the pic's.

The bumper is finished and primed. Dave was going to paint it yet tonight so hopefully we can install it tomorrow night. Won't be long. RB

I see em, its looking good. Those emblems are sweet too!

yeh I do like that name, Broncostar. I almost think you should make that your name!

I drove it down the road tonight. It's freezing rain and i found out the wipers don't work, so one more thing to fix. The radiator seems to be holding. So drum roll! :clapping:

nice protection/safety gear. as long as everything else is working good the wipers should only be minor set back/easy fix.

Damn, that looks badass! Definetly comes together with the bumper on there.

Oops, double post.

hey RB are those tires on right? they almost look like the tread is goin the wrong way, might just be me though. either that is one bad @$$ looking rig. amazing how the bumper really finished it!! your buddy did a great job.

:icon_hornsup: That thing fawkin rocks man. It's a great feeling going out and seeing it all together ain't it? That bumper turned out great. Very nice build. Now you just need some pics of it all flexed out with some mud on it.
