Adventures for coil spacers.

Its easy to get confused here. I see 3 products from Fastenal that might work:

1-1/2" Zinc Finish USS Flat Washer
ID: 1.625"
OD: 3.5"
SKU: 33030

1-1/2" Zinc Finish SAE Flat Washer
ID: 1.625"
OD: 3.0"
SKU: 33104

1-1/4" Zinc Finish USS Flat Washer
ID: 1.375"
OD: 3.0"
SKU: 33026

On the tech page it says to use 1-3/8" washers, then it later says make sure the ID is 1-3/8" and OD 3". I'm guessing since it gives specific ID and OD dimentions that its not talking about a 1-3/8" nominal size washer, becuase that would mean an ID of something like 1.5" or so.

I think I want the SKU 33026, but can someone confirm? I dont want to have to mess with a file to make these fit if the ID is a tad to small... but on the other hand I dont want to order 33104 and have the ID be too big...

I was lucky enough to find a set of stock F150 coils on craigslist for $10


I was either thinking of grinding down the diameter of the top of the coil to properly fit in the ranger buckets or buying the f150 J-clips and doing it that way. I dont think that they'll be too stiff for my application due to the 150 lb bumper/brush gaurd combo I have on the front end.

Can anyone confirm if I need SKU 33104 or 33026?

well i'm not sure what the part numbers are for mine. heck there still not on my truck. i'm not even sure they'll fit. i got them all welded up but theve just been sitting in my truck. i found a used 4 inch susp. lift that i've been trying to piece together and been busy with that. ill try and find the recipt but it was a while ago when i bought them

ok i went and measured mine mine have a 3.5 od and a 1 5/8 id so i'd say mine are the 33030's i was actually planning to put these on this week so ill see if they work

Confirmed in another thread, these are what we want:

1-3/8" Zinc Finish USS Flat Washer
ID: 1.5"
OD: 3.25"
SKU: 33028

Just a note: aftermarket 2" coil spacers are 1.5" ID.
