1995 Ranger model year saw alot of wiring changes with new EEC-V computer and new instrument cluster, GEM module was added and new climate control system
It's very odd it wasn't a new generation, like some claim 1989 was when it just got new fenders and grill, lol

Besides the fenders and grille, the 1989 MY trucks also got a new dash and door panels. IT IS hard defining generations on these trucks, the way things overlap. The '89 design dash was used through the '94 model, even though the door panels, body sheet metal and grille changed in '93.
