ABS + Brake Light On - Fluid Level OK

2007 FX4. Title says most of it .. ABS light and Brake Warning Light came on the other day. Braking performance seems just fine. Fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir is fine. I have a half decent scan tool (Ancel), and I get "communication failed" when trying to connect to the ABS module. Do I have a bad ABS module? No other DTC's related to wheel speed sensors, etc.

Yup. And it looks clean, so there should be no issue with the connection on the parking brake switch. ABS Light + Brake Light are both on, not just the brake light.
