Welcome to trs. This is a super easy swap. Will take about 45 minutes max. You eill need a helper and a t55 socket, 8mm socket for the fuel filler. Unhook the taillight harness just in front of the back bumper on driverside. Remove 6 t55bolts from bed and three 8mm bolts from filler neck. Lift bed off.
If you can get under the truck and load the bed bolts with pb blaster, and try to get extra bolts and the threaded inserts with the new bed. Rust might be your biggest issue here
