as long as it shifts who cares haha.. ive got one that you pray it shifts haha.. it no longer has reverse..
 
Generally 1-2 is at 30 KPH , 2-3 at 50 KPH and 3-4 is somewhere 60-80 KPH.
 
Depends on which engine and gear ratio you have. It also depends on how hard you step on the gas. My 4.0 with 3.27 gears shifts at about 2000 rpm on normal/light acceleration, around 2500 rpm on moderate acceleration, and 3000+ rpm on hard acceleration.

i have a 94 with a 3.0 and 373 gears and when i step on it 1-2 is 40mph 2-3 is 70mph and i dunno what 3-4 is my speedo only goes to 85
