A4LD Rebuild time again...

Once again my 1992 working Ranger has towed it's last trailer and is in need a new 2wd A4LD tranny. I was thinking to get a reman'd unit this time because I heard some venders offered 3 or even 5 year warranties on their properly remanufactured units vs the local installer/rebuilder that only offers a 12/12 warranty. Anyone know of a reputable rebuilder that still offers an A4LD for the Ranger. I found one that office on from the Aerostar but not the Ranger. Hoping there is still someone out there.

When I was looking to redo/replace mine I found a company, Oregon Performance transmission that offered a good bit of upgradable products in the kit. Ended up with a local guy that's done some odd ball projects for me in the past that worked out great. He knew all the flaw areas, so far so good. I just looked and they do not offer rebuilt units but do offer full kits... Sorry not exactly what you wanted..
