a4ld fluid change

I changed the fluid and filter on a 91 ranger and adjusted the bands, ( screw all the way in and half a turn back out, now I dont have reverse, seems to go forward ok ! ??? any help ???!!

ok I adjusted it out to about 1 1/2 turn everything is working good but no OD !

should have just changed the fluid and filter and left the bands alone...
