Thought I'd make 1 thread for all my current problems.

1989 2.3 4x4 3in body lift 4in suspension manual hubs.

1 Anytime the hubs are locked the front grinds really loud and you can smell it. Yes its got oil in it. I did buy a new pumpkin with gears in it to put in soon. Just thought maby there was something other than shot gear I havnt thought of making it do that.

2 Sometimes when I shift into 1st it almost dies for a sec, no sputter just shuts off for a sec or 2 then go's like nothing ever happend??

3 My front right sits alittle lower. I could fit 33's all around no problem but I dont think I cont front right. Its also eating tires front right. Balljoint?

4 When its really cold it takes a while on start up for the blower to blow very hard.

check your hubs as one or both of them could be toast. then bearings, u-joints, etc.
maybe throttle linkage for the hesitation? those cables do stretch over time. there is a zip-tie fix for that just do a thread search for it.
right front could be ball joints, wheel bearings (also maybe the cause of the smell), shock, etc. just have to get the tire off and start checking things.
when it is really cold, things like the heater motor tend to work slowly at first. once things start warming up, does fine. my wiper motors do the same thing. of course the low here last night was about -15 so i don't expect too much, too fast out of my old truck.
but that's just me.
