i have a ranger 94 reg-cab 2x4 and when im braking at a stop and the front goes down i can hear a big "TOK" (sound) when the truck stops. what is that sound?
thx!

is it in the suspention or brakes? but that be the first thing to figure out

It could be alot of things. Loose caliper, wheel bearings, radius arm, traction beam, TRE (tie rod end), Lug nuts, or in the case of my moms exploder the motor mounts broke off on the drivers side....

way to many things to list, get under your truck and strart wigling stuff and see what is loose

sounds like a loose caliper or you dont have the dual piston calipers so it cant be a caliper bracket.. i agree with motorhead.. can be ANYTHING..
