99 f250 sdd troubles

ok went and put in a new clutch assembly in my 99 f250 sdd has 5.4 with a 5 speed put the new clutch in and went ot put it into gear and now it doesnt disengage the clutch to shift into any gear is my clutch cylinder shot or sum idk??

If you did the mechanicals correctly the first thing I would try is bleeding the clutch. They're a real PITA to get bled so do 4X as many times as you think you would need to.

How do you have an "SDD" (Super duty Diesel) if it only have a 5.4 in it? Its not even technically a superduty...its just an F-250
