4.10. Not terrible, but a little shorter than I'd like for 33's.

I was just curious. I am turning 2,200 rpms at 70mph with 3.73's

I'll have to check, and do some math to convert it since the speedo is off.

Having some issues with the transmission not wanting to be in the correct gear. Seems to want to hang out in a higher gear than it should be most of the time when I'm asking for power, so I'll be at mid throttle trying to accelerate but stuck at less than 2000rpm unless I floor it to force a shift. From the reading I've done it's probably a function of accumulators and solenoids but I want to knock out a few things before draining the transmission and looking at all that.

It does sound like a solenoid. Fluid is full(I am assuming but not overfull) causing cavitation of the fluid thus creating a slight pressure loss to solenoids?

Did you install the mountaineer leafs on the back of your ranger. I am going to do this tomorrow to have one more thing out of the way when we weld the rear end up and stick it in.

I put in a set of leaves out of a Sport Trac. Double check the bushings on each end - they can be kind of a pain to find the right ones and now is the time.

Hmm. Didn't know they were different. These are out of the 4 door 2wd donor. I will have to do some more research.
