So I was wondering what would be involved in changing my front t-case output from flange style to yoke style?? I have a 99 3.0 4x4 w/shift on the fly, electric 1354 that has a ball cv drive shaft. The drive shaft is toast so I stole one of the extra DS's from my brothers 94 Jeep Cherokee. It looks like the length is ok for the Ranger but there is no way to bolt it to the t-case. Is there a simple solution like a puck spacer or will I have to pull the entire TC apart to swat output shafts. Would it just be easier to swap the whole TC for an older TC with the yoke output. Any help????

Either of these solutions will work. The front driveshaft from a 95-96 v6 explorer will be a direct fit.
