98xcab vs 99xcab floor pan?

There shouldn't be... Heck you could probably get a 93 floor pan it would most likely work. They didnt' really change the designs of the cabs really at all.
But I would stick to similar years incase I'm completely wrong...

thanks man im lookin at gettin some buckets in the future and actualy buying the seat brackets but the the two companys corbeau and mastercraft only show 93-97 and 99 to current models so i was like well will a 99 work?

O well they should work, I don't see why not. and if they don't well then get some 99 ranger panels and stuff...
