I have a 98 xlt 4L 2wd front coil and recently tried to replace front shocks but the first set I ordered were to short.(KYB shocks said for 2wd coil exc high rider) So I ordered Monroe and same shit, so looked up to see high rider option but cant find any info for 2wd high rider and can't even find parts that say they are for 2wd high rider.
The OEM shock have a longer stud at the top and fit no problem, both sets I tried were to short and I couldn't start the nut. Rear shocks fit no problem. Am I able to use 4wd high rider shocks or can someone give me a part number? The truck is noticeabl taller in front than other rangers and yes completely stock. No lift at all, everything is factory.
