After countless hours of research I still am not sure what's available for use up front in my 99. Lockrite? Aussie? Spartan? Selectables? Thanks for the info

There's a lockrite 2311 available locally. Says it fit up to 1997 on the website. I've read that 98+ have standard rotation whereas pre 98 use reverse rotation. Will this locker work for me?

Standard or reverse rotation shouldn't matter I would think. Carrier should be the same. I would go for a E-locker or Air locker. Or Gear type limited slip, if you are thinking LSD.

I would try to lock the rear end first if you have a 8.8.

No, the 98+ IFS D35 carrier is not the same as a normal D35 carrier, so a locker made for a normal carrier won't fit.

At one time I know the Powertrax No-Slip was available for it, and I think maybe the Aussie Locker as well, though I don't know if they still are or not.

Edit:
Just checked, it's pt# 92-0435-2702 for the No-Slip.
