98 ranger alignment

So I went to get an alignment done on my 98 ford ranger 4.0 4x4 ranger and they said they couldn't adjust the camber on the passenger size tire. I replace both upper and lower control arms went to the 1 peice design on the passenger side and wheel bearing cv axle and inner and out tie rods. How would I get this fixed just got new tires and don't want to kill them

If you went to the one piece upper control arm on the passenger side, the camber should still be adjustable, the caster will not be able to be adjusted though. Did they adjust the toe and camber for you?
