I have a 98 Ford Ranger, I was wondering because of the torsion suspension will this be a difficult swap?

Welcome first of all. Going to have to check out the tech library up with all the info they have there. The torsion suspension is no problem at all, even easier being allowed to use the stock Explorer motor mounts. Great section down below in the motor swap area, V-8 section, well cover there.
