97 xlt extended cab factory keyless entry module location

Does anyone know where it is ? I have the wire in the ignition tumbler for the system and got a fob but am not able to get it to get into programming mode. But my drivers side lock and unlock don't work either. And the passenger side will only lock. I read that this is the RAPS? Module but not sure where to find it.

Ford moved RAP module around
Behind drivers seat should be where it is in '97, remove inside panel on rear of cab, white box is RAP module

There are also 4 relays involved, "all lock" and "all unlock", are 2
Drivers door relay, and passenger door relay as well
Also check the Hood tamper switch, people often over look that one

Sweet! thanks for the fast response. Is any of that RAP system dependent on the ECU/ECM in the engine bay or is it all body?
