I have a rusted out 97 Ranger XLT Supercab and a non-rusted 98 supercab. I am looking to swap the driver's side 97 front door to the 98. Are there any fitment issues I will run into? The previous owner of the 98 replaced the driver's door with a manual door but left the power mirror which of course does not work since there are no controls. The passenger side is the stock power window, locks, and mirror door. The 97 has a power door and shockingly no rust. All the electrical wiring and plugs are just coiled up in the manual door. I'm thinking this should be an easy swap but just wanted to clarify with some of you experts because I know there were some slight mods to the 98's from the 97's. Thank you.

Structurally and sheet metal wise, it will fit. There may be some minor clips and such that are different for the clips and screws holding the door card and handle.

When I swapped a door on the 1998 I had, there was a hole and clip that were missing on the new door that I had to drill the sheet metal and insert the clip. Other than that, it was a direct swap.
