97 ranger door panel removal power windows problem

Hi,

Can anyone give me or point to info as to how to remove the drivers side door panel?

I am having trouble with my power window and need to access the motor - mechanism

take out all the screws you can find. should be two for the door handle. two at the bottom of the door. then one behind the door handle once you take it off. lift up to remove.

watch your wires.

Thanks much I got the inside door panel off. Is there a way to roll up the window before I service the motor?

I think either the motor is bad or something is stuck, when I push the power windowbutton I can hear the motor run and the window rattle but the window won't come up.

The problem is, the window goes up and down fine, but if I roll it all the way down, the window gets sometimes stuck, and sometimes when I turn off the engine and let the truck sit for a while the problem goes away and I can roll the window back up, but this time it won't go back up.

This problem only happens if the window is rolled all the way down....if I roll it down half way no problem...

So for now I just want to get the window up until I fix it
